There is a thread on the Marketplace, if I'm not mistaken it costs $6.95/month for BHW members. vpswindows.biz was the site, and you needed to apply a coupon. I'm too lazy to look for the thread myself, try coupon BHW or BHW20, if I'm not mistaken one of them is good. I don't think I know a cheaper one.
