For what I know there is not any specific VPN for youtube, and any VPN let you upload mass video, there is not any traffic restriction.
Personally I use Giganews VPN. is quite fast and stable, but googling you can find tons.

Well as futurnet already have mentioned that there is no specific vpn for Youtube .. You need VPN for mass uploading on youtube so you need the vpn service which has lots of IPs so you can use them to upload it and I'd suggest to use paid vpn instead of free vpn because paid VPNs provide good speed i.e PIA, PureVPN and ibVPN they provide good speed ...

i recommend you to get Dedicated Private proxies if you want to do bass Uploading on better scale and manage your YT accounts too
