All this IPs need to be California based, i'm ok with Shared IPs, but i don't like C class IP's. Right now i'm using -changemyip.com - there price is OK ($0.8 for shared IP), but for example rigth now they provide for Los Angeles - 341 IPs, but all of them are based on 3 Class IP's.

Can you please suggest any service (it will be better with instant activation) where are can grab California IPs from different C class IPs.

P.s. I have experience with anonymous-proxies.net - so please don't suggest them.
