OpenAI. Or if you have a decent Nvidia graphics card you can use gpt-j-6b for free, if you can figure out how to set it up. OpenAI davinci model is the best though. It costs 2 cents per 750 words roughly. They recently deceased the price. You can automate it from the API if you can program.
You can get them to write longer content if you first get it to write a list of headings for the topic, then get it to write the content for each heading separately, then merge those together. Use temperature setting 1 (highest).
Also you should check what it's written and redo any that are not good. It does need to be supervised if you want actual quality content. It'll make a big difference.

You don't need to write an intro with OpenAI davinci. You just prompt it what to do. E.g.
Write an article about Etymology
Make sure to set the token count high, like 2000.
