Suggest a Good Programmer on GetaCoder or Feeelancer..

Im looking for a programmer w very good programming skills that could program high end software.

My budget is between $1,000 - $2,000

Skills required:

- C / C++ (primary)

- java

- python

I have used several programmers on Getacoder but they all seem to slow in completing work / picking up the details. I need you to suggest someone w CHEAP rates but smart, talented, and skillful.

Anyone?

I know some smart, talented, and skillful but they charge $50/hour and they are not on Getacoder.

^^ thanks but I would need someone from GAC / freelancer as they are much cheaper... I'm just trying to find someone that is also good...
