Is their any operator to find do follow links in specific nich.

I don't think so. But tools like ahrefs are basically huge databases of links, kind of sorted by niche/keywords/pageslinkingtopages

There isn't a tool that will tell you where are the Do Follow links. Simply because the website owners sooner or later don't want to leak link juice. That's why SEO is important it's not just tools and automatic submissions. If it was everyone could do it.
