Cutting down on sugar is a gamechanger. I find myself with less cravings overall in random hours, not overeating in normal hours, no mood fluctuations. This includes sugar metabolites aka those foods that turn into sugar immediately in the bloodstream like white bread and alcohol.

I also find that if I get a craving and wanna have a walnut pie in syrup with couple vanilla ice cream scoops, if I place that baby strategically like couple hours post lifting when my body needs the carbs then this works on the positive overall even though it's sugary.

There are some special foods that are my creation to fool the body that you are eating sugar as well. I do it with oat flakes, chocolate protein with very very little water to make it look like a nutella and 2 eggs. You can try and it's also tasty af :D

Well done cutting it. Try salt water or lemon water or both when you feel that craving, it helps cut it.

Reducing sugar intake does make a difference. I notice when i reduced the amount of sugar i usually eat that if i have a bad mood or don't wanna work i just eat some chocolate or sweet bun it doesn't matter after that I started to feel better about myself and had a desire to work or do something

Yes, protein pizza

700 calories, 26g carbs, 76.5g protein, 32g fat (you can remove some products in order to decrease it)

Oat Flakes - 30g
1 whole large egg
Greek Yogurt 0% fat - 150g

You mix this and on top of it you put a little bit of catchup and oregano to get the sense of pizza and then put 100g chicken breast + 30g yellow cheese on top of it and you cook it.
