Suffers with FB

    Hi guys,
    Someone has same problem, i contact them by sending my ID but they wouldn't reopened it. If someone faced same thing, how it can be resolved or it's done.
    FB message.
    "There was some unusual activity on your ad account, so we're protecting it by stopping your ads. We'll start your ads again using your current balance once you verify your account with us."

    So just to make clear you sent them your real ID and this message was sent by FB? No information to the ID you sent?

    What did you do before the Account got the identity check?

    No i sent my ID after receiving this message, i contacted them twice, but always i receive the same response

    After careful review, I’ve determined that we’re unable to take further action regarding this matter.

    The problem is the card still new and it was the first time i use it in this account
