Guys if you feel desperate about adsense and want to sue google, why you don't learning from this case.

?What if everyone whose account was canceled sued Google??

Now that would be an interesting situation.

Search Engine Land, June 8, 2009:

In March, we reported that a Google AdSense publisher sued Google and won in court, based on a Huffington Post story. Well, it turns out that on May 22nd, Google took this publisher to appeals court and the court overturned the decision.

I simply don't trust adsense because they are very shifty.
