Suddenly Lost Ranking

I just suddenly lost ranking on one of my sites 3 days ago.
What does this mean:

from what i see from the picture you provided, this looks like a trend with your site
you didn't suddenly lose it, but instead, you suddenly gain traffic before returning back to the medium.
Think back, what happened between 12/27/2020 & 1/8/21
and what happened between 1/8/21 and 1/20/21
then 1/20/21 and 2/1/21.

Did you
1. get buy BLs back during this period
1a. were they "homepage" backlinks which got rolled down to inner pages with little to no juice?
1b. did your BLs disappear? they were removed/suspended/etc etc
2. did you change any of your ranked KWs's articles, check your onsite SEOs
3. analyze your spiked traffic, where did it come from, under which KWs, which ones dropped, what time of the day, is there a pattern, do you have new comp?
4. check your comp, did they get more links, did they tweak their stuff, are you having a tug-o-war fight with them?
5. do you need more BLs? or Do you need to tweak your site instead
6. did your hosting have downtimes, do you have errors in GSC that you should be resolving, any broken things

Thank you. I know why I ranked. I particular keyword suddenly shot to Number 1 around this period when I changed my Shopify theme. I noticed my site speed increased also. But I don't get is that the keyword is still ranking on number one but the number of clicks has reduced. Does it mean the search suddenly reduced per day?
 
From the sound of that, it sounds like it is still dancing and isn't stable #1 yet.
Don't forget, during this period, we had a few Google updates.

Nothing like that from Google console
 
1. You dont have a lot of traffic.
2. Your average position went down drastically.

This means one keyword was most likely pulling most of your traffic and it dropped in ranking. This is not unusual, or a punishment. This is SEO.

Start getting more keywords ranked to make your traffic less volatile.
 
Semrush sensor has been high since yesterday, there might be some mild update going on.
 
An abrupt drop in site traffic might be because of the recent search algorithm update.

Also, Check whether your site goes through any penalities, redirects, or incorrect robots.txt.
 
It depends on various factors, did u build any new links? what abt its quality? or it could just a oscillation.. wait for some days and see the result...

More insight: This site is a dropshipping site with niche products. I majorly get orders from social media(Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and sometimes Google)

I suddenly started getting sales from a particular product early this year and this happened almost every day. I also discovered my DA has gone from 1 to 10 with Google update. I decided to rewrite the product description and the product description began to rank for more keywords leading to sales. All that suddenly stopped 4 days ago.

Any information will be helpful for the site

Looks like you have had a recent gain of traffic and then it went back to where it was. Which I find very normal and also as I can see, you also have experienced it previously as it shows in the graph.
 
I suggest you to have a website performance audit from some expert point of view.
