That graphic is for sure 100% from WMT, there is a spike, but dude there is an core update which started few days ago and today was announced officially too so take this into consideration too!

Dude that graphic is from performance side of webmaster tools, you have on a line impressions and on other line clicks!

Quality content is important for ranking, especially over the long term. That being said, this graph doesn’t “prove” anything in particular, as there may be other factors at play.
