Instagram's been acting strange lately.
I have been receiving some 500+ followers daily this past week. All within a matter of minutes. That's aside from the average 750+ followers I get on a daily basis. This would happen with no notifications. You would refresh your page one minute and it's 230,229K, and two minutes later, you refresh again, it has spiked to 230,845K. Today however, It jumped from 500+ to over 3k+ in 5 minutes. Still no notifications.
Could this be that IG is reactivating the users they deleted during the last breakdown? My page lost 2k only, so it doesn't make sense that I have gotten over 5K this week alone.
Or, could it be that Instagram is readjusting the correct number of followers each page has? Because this past month (as you may have read in my previous thread), IG engagement was very low, and so was my following rate. I went from 1K followers a day to some 500+. Could it be that there was a glitch and IG is finally getting around to fixing it?
Sucks that IG may also take them all away in a matter of minutes, should this sudden generosity happen to be the glitch itself.
