Hey everyone,

I have a problem with one of my sites and maybe someone of you has an idea whats going on and can help me out.

It is an Amazon Review site for Germany. The site is over 1y old and has quite a good amount of backlinks. A mix out of diversity backlinks and stronger PBN Links.
My site was ranking on position 1 for 5 of my bigger mainkeywords since 4 month ago.

Everything looked good.

BUT since 1st of june the rankings dropped first on positon 5 and 2 weeks later on position 14 and since then the rankings never came back and are still on position 14.

I have no idea what exactly is going on and if it is an Onpage or Offpage problem or maybe both.

What I have tried so far is to add 1500more words to my Mainpage so it has now around 5.5kwords and I updated the Publish date. But that didnt had any effect yet.

Maybe someone of you guys has a genius idea or experienced something similar and was able to fix it?

Im open for every help that I can get

Thanks,
Goonzoo

This is caused by varieties of things, it either could bad backlinks
Keyword stuffing
Lack of link diversity, etc.

There are numerous others too much to call here, all I'll advice you, is to check the last thing you did on your site,
the Last backlink structure you built.

Please analyse your website properly. Check your webmaster account and audit your backlinks and on-site things.

You check to many things first before coming to any point.

Could it be a possible attack by competitors?
I don’t know how to do or how effective it is but
I’m curious if there is attackers like this.

You should check your webmaster. Build more backlinks, may be your competitors are doing more backlinks. Also check your on page seo.

I don't think it's lack of link diversity. It cannot be keyword stuffing either since you're raking good 3-4 months back.

I think it's PBN. Google is cracking hard on PBN, and some of the strongest and most powerful networks have been hit hard in the recent days. The sooner you embrace the change, the better you will be.

Do re-engineering on your website like change some designs, add some more unique informative content, check the on-page factors like add schema tags.

Google is making changes to their algo everyday pretty much.

They tweaked something and that's the effect.

It might be completely out of your control.

Google is starting to go quite aggressively after Amazon reviews sites.

Analyze your top 3 competitors.

Are they the same? Or have they suffered as well?

What are they doing that you are not?
