Hello,
Traffic from the USA is suddenly increased on my website this week. We have done a few promotional activities which our team is doing for the past 3 months. I am looking for the reasons why our website traffic is increased suddenly. Help me guys to find out the proper reason.

Have you check GSC to see if your rankings and general position improved?

How about your site conversions if you are monetizing from any source? If the results are good then the traffic is real
