Sudden Drop In Instagram Reach

I run a meme page in the cat niche and noticed that over the past few days my reels have suddenly dropped from >10k views each to less than a few hundred.
Has anyone else experienced the same? It feels like my reach has suddenly been cut and i'm not sure what to do.
For those of you that have experienced this before, how did you fix it?
I don't think i've been shadowbanned because my reels still do reach the hashtag pages. I've also noticed the reach of some peer accounts also massively dropping, so I know it's not just me.

Probably once a year they decrease reach for lots of accounts together, not sure why. Maybe it has to do with the ongoing war but cant really confirm on that. Keep Posting viral content, it will pick up more.
