I notice a sudden drop in my google search console analytics. It seems my blog (mouthytech.com) has been penalized by google, any advice or suggestions on how I can recover from the penalty?

There has been a major update recently and there seems to be a "patch" in progress already.

You were probably affected by one or the other.

If you were affected, it's not a penalty really. You just have to observe the top guys a mimic what they did to get there.

I checked, Your website available on Google, So you don't worry about that. Commonly fluctuation happens Google.

But if you feel too much traffic drop you need to check if your content quality or any spam links on your site.,

You should check you backlinks once also the content and interlinking...also analyze you competitor content and backlink if you found somthing that your competitor done better than you just follow their tricks..

May be you can build more bad backlinks at a time. check those links and remove immediately.

The latest Google update seems to have hit everyone in some way.
From what I’ve seen, you have two options here.
You can try to wait it out and see if it’s a bug (or unintended feature, heh) while doing what you’ve always been doing (adding content, relevant backlinks, etc.). With time, you may spring up again, especially if the changes get rolled back to some degree.
Your other option is to lurk the forums, see what the others are doing and try to work around the issue as they have. There is one downside to this approach, though. If any of the changes get rolled back, then you’ve effectively wasted time and effort.
Whatever you choose, though, I wish you good luck.

Thanks for the heads up

my 2 cent, don't post your link here.
btw if you still can find your site from google search, than it isn't banned.

same thing happened to me. if you zoom out far enough the graph looks like i had no traffic at all

I suggest you run an audit of your site, check the report if there are any issues start working on them. Optimize your existing content, remove spam backlinks and broken links, and fix all the technical problems.
