Yep, I’ve seen this. Check Account Quality/Support Inbox for any restriction, then Insights to see if reach dropped across everything or just certain post types. If it started right after a page edit or lots of link posts, that can do it. When did it start and did you change anything?

When display issues and engagement drop together, it’s usually technical. Check recent updates, plugins, scripts, or CDN changes first. Also look in Search Console for errors. Fix the display problem and engagement usually recovers.

Non-zero chance it's a "bug" of sorts but very likely it's not. Distribution throttles tend to happene considering FB and other platforms usually reevaluate pages based on recent performances. If your last couple of posts underperform, had low watch time, or get negative feedback, the system will likely pull back reach considerably.
however i would examine the basic things first to see if there is any allgorithmic issue at all. uh may analyze the recent changes, the indexing situation, analytics nd if the page is even loading correctly on other devices.
