Hi everyone, I'd like to ask for your help. Lately, my page has been experiencing display errors and a sudden drop in engagement. I'm not sure if it's a system issue or if I've done something wrong. Has anyone else encountered this and knows how to fix it?

I’ve seen this happen before, and it’s often related to temporary reach limits or small system changes. You might want to review your recent content activity and give it a bit of time to stabilize.

New or low-quality pages will have limited reach. You can use older pages from real users dating back to 2016, these will no longer have restrictions.

Could be a glitch or algorithm shift, check page settings, recent changes, and maybe clear cache or report the issue to support.

There are many reasons why user engagement might decrease.
Check your page's recent activity to see if there have been any changes.
If the problem isn't on your end, it could be due to Facebook's algorithm or changes in user behavior during the Lunar New Year holiday. Wait until after the holiday to see if engagement stabilizes.

You’re not alone this often happens due to recent updates or temporary glitches. Try checking insights, clearing cache, and waiting a bit; engagement usually stabilizes.

There are two common cases that cause engagement to drop suddenly. An objective case is that Meta might be updating the algorithm or there is a temporary issue on their end. A subjective case is because you edited the campaign or simply your fanpage is being restricted by Meta due to policy violations. Check the Real-time System Status and revert to the original settings, check if your fanpage is flagged for policy violations. If everything remains the same and there are no issues, then try calling Meta's support team to report the incident.

This might be due to a change in the meta-algorithm; try reposting content that previously worked well.

Display errors can also occur; users sometimes don't receive the content you want them to see. Try adjusting your targeting and running a different engagement campaign for the page.

This has been happening quite frequently lately. Many websites experience temporary drops in traffic due to algorithm changes or system errors, not necessarily due to rule violations. I recommend checking your Page Quality and waiting a few days to see if traffic stabilizes again.

Facebook's algorithm is constantly changing, so this situation occasionally occurs. You should check your page quality for any issues, and then combine this with posting reels to reach more strangers.

To adapt to Facebook's algorithm, prioritize using long-standing Fanpages to overcome the distribution limitations of new pages. Combine regular page health checks with leveraging Reels to drive organic traffic. The longevity of the old page and the reach of Reels will help you overcome any moderation hurdles.

Seen this a lot - display bugs + engagement cliff usually means soft throttle, not full restriction. Happens after content pattern shift or too many edits in short window, algo flips you into test bucket + reach goes to near zero for a few days. I usually pause posting 48-72h, change nothing, check page quality + view from fresh account, then resume with one safe post and see if reach unlocks.

Have you changed any settings recently? Please check them again. If not, I think it’s just due to a change in Facebook’s algorithm

Might just be a bug or algorithm shift. Check your settings, look at recent changes, and try clearing cache or contacting support.

Is the content on your page outdated, preventing it from reaching new customers? Try shifting the content focus to something your customers are genuinely interested in, for example, linking your page's topic to current trending content.

Engagement drop is normal sometimes, just keep posting and stay steady.

It would be great if you could share more details about the problem you're facing, but if the engagement was previously good and has suddenly decreased recently, I think it might be due to changing consumer trends on Facebook. You could try making some changes to your campaign to make it fresher and more engaging.

Have you tried to acquire any fake followers? Because fake followers kill the reach.
