Hi BHW Members,

I’m new to the Facebook Performance Program, having participated for just a week, primarily posting memes. I earned $320 in the first two days, but after slightly changing my page's content, I’ve only made $10 in the last five days. Has anyone experienced a similar drop in earnings after modifying content? Any strategies or tips to help me recover would be greatly appreciated.

Facebook performance works based on the engagement and reach of your content. If your old content had more engagement and reach than your new one, you would definitely get paid more for your old content than your new one. Maybe you should consider building your audience in this new niche and your earnings will grow, or you switch to your old content.

It's common you experience fluctuations in earnings on the FB Performance Program. Changing content can impact engagement and subsequent payouts. To recover, analyze your new content's performance

Maybe when you change it, it's no longer suitable for high engagement like before
 
It looks like the content you changed is no longer relevant to your previous audience, resulting in a decrease in the amount of money you receive. Review and measure what went wrong and make changes.

Maybe your content changes aren't relevant to your target audience. You should revise the content for better results.
 
i only changed the page's content. the content i post in groups and engagement are the same. but the payment per post changed from 5$-10$ a day to 0.05$-0.1$ for a high engagement post. (all posts in the screenshots have high number of engagement)

I personally really expect it if this comes around. especially when you changed your page's content. It's a do over type of hustle again to reach more engagement. analyze and study your audiences on how to attract them to keep in touch with your page. for sure you'll get back up.
