Sudden Change in Mugshot site SERPs

I do a lot of ORM work for my clients and I have noticed in the past week that two sites that I have pushed down to the 3rd or 4th page are suddenly at #1 page 1 for my clients' full name (bailbondcity.com and mugshots.com) I did the usual stuff to push it down like EMD sites, high authority sites like Linkedin, FB, Youtube, etc. Anybody else having problems with this? Any advice would b appreciated.

I haven't seen anything specific in the last couple weeks. I only do a few mugshots a year, but checking old clients, they haven't jumped back up.
