Reddit security has skyrocketed since they went public.

All agencies using upvotes have been destroyed.

And now the theme on reddit is if you want an account banned you just dump upvotes on it.

Has anyone used any upvote panel that doesn't get banned?

As long as your account have karma and strong history it will not get banned, if you are using fresh new account it will get banned

Layer upvotes over time, don’t nuke it instantly, looks sus if a post goes from 0 to 500 in 10 min

1500 PK and 500 CK with 3 mths age is good?
Also what is strong history? How many posts?
Do you count the comment farming posts as history?

You said it yourself, Reddit has increased security. Reddit could somehow track the activities of accounts that vote (for example, every time they enter Reddit, they cast a vote) and cross-reference them. Why do those people always vote on the same posts? Why does that account (which must have karma) only upvote and never comment or post? These are the factors why upvotes don't work—maintaining accounts would be too costly. In the past, you had 1,000 accounts with karma, and you sent them to vote, but now that's no longer possible.
