Successful IM'er switching over to CPM Ad Campaigns completely

I'm a long time internet marketer, and have had quite a bit of success. But now, I'd like to switch gears and move into paying for Ads on various websites (CPM Ads). I'm guessing maybe it would be better to work together with someone who already has experience in this field to start things off that could manage my campaigns for me? Or should I just fund as many Ad Network accounts and launch as many campaigns as possible and do the math? I already have a system and game plan in mind that I'm quite confident (actually positive) will be successful. I'll probably keep this thread up and update it with how it goes periodically.
