    Hi,

Has anyone in here had success building web 2.0 pyramid (LinkWheels) in local search, that is not an English speaking country and managed to rank fairly high with it?

    I wonder the same...

For example, in spanish (Argentina), we don't have a lot of web 2.0 properties. I'm in the process of testing how react regular english speaking site with spanish content.

I guess some of them will let you post in another languages, but it's a exploration I don't finished yet

It seems to me that the major factor is the search engine, not locality or language.

In other words, that which works with English Google should work well with Google in German. That which works with English Google may not work with "Mudslide Search" in Elbonia.
