Success With Register Only - Xrumer?

I wanted to hear anybody's input on doing registration only through xrumer.

I want my links to stick better. So I've setup Xrumer to only do profile creation.

Edit the signature using #file_links
and set the homepage.

I figure using this method will increase the stickiness of my links, then I can turn around and ping the links.

Anyone have success ranking their pages using this method?
