success with buying traffic?

is anyone having success with buying traffic? like from people on this site like 10,000 hits for $5 or something? any success with adsense or cpa or amazon?
I have a free blog and ordered the above packaged and so far I have recieved like 200 visits with no clicks... hm.

Everybody knows it's not gonna work. Don't waste your money, better optimizing your site with good SEO to get real profitable traffic.
