Correct! They get their links first before everyone else, then sell the list. I think they are like three to five months ahead from the actual list.

When you say outsource am I not risking an even more waste of time, than Angela's product seems to be? Surely when you outsource you cannot be sure of what you are getting?
When you say do them yourself, do you mean find the sources and put in the donkey work? IE look for lists of sites and begin methodically working on it?

Hmm, I dont know about you guys but I've had great success with Angela and Pauls links. I have one website that is ranking around #7 for a keyword with 30,000,000 + competition and another that is ranking #5 for around 500k competition which ranked super easy using a few of Angela's links.
For those wanting to outsource there is a company from india that does the link work for dirt cheap and they do a damn good job. They are a sponsor on this forum I believe. Here is their site http://theoutsourcebot.com/ I just got January's link packet done for $5.00 USD. They will do 120 links for around $15-20.00. Everything arrived in a nice excel spreadsheet with login/pass details as well as the link to every profile my link was placed.
The problem with Angela & Pauls links are that they do get saturated and also forums tend to "prune" their forums for inactive accounts after a certain amount of time. This means you lose your link if they find your account inactive for maybe 30-90 days.
Maybe instead of going for a large amount of backlinks, it would be wise to just grab 10 very high PR links and make the profiles look as convincing as possible that you will be participating in the forum to avoid pruning of your account.
Basically I spend 5 bucks for 30 links a month + 5.00 to outsource the link work. So for $10.00 my websites will sit on the first page of Google for some failrly competitive keywords. Not a bad investment in my opinion.

The problem is that most of these profiles never get indexed, so people never see results from it. I have profiles that I've pinged and they still aren't indexed after a month. If you guys have an indexing tip for these profiles, I'd love to know it.

I started link building to this domain around the end of Nov. Here another screen shot when I first began this link building campaign.

I combined that link building with OnlyWire bookmarking. So, I wouldn't say that the package is completely worthless. It's not the magic pill (but what is the magic pill on the internet) but it's decent.

Can you explain this in a little more detail? You bookmark the profile pages - So I'm assuming you mean using something like delicious - and then you submit the delicious RSS feed somewhere? Where would you recommend submitting it?

You can easily find links. Just analyze the sites they give out, find the patterns. Equip yourself with search engine scraper, and you can easily find thousands more.
