Is there anyone who's running YouTube channel successfully without any promotion?
From 0 to Monetization?
Is it possible?

The organic traffic within YouTube itself is a bit low, I have 2 channels in test and they are going downhill after downhill. I do not recommend it
Okay ser,
Recommend me another something

If you upload york content on youtube. after uploading on youtube share your video link in Facebook groups its works you get traffic from social acounts

1. Identify your target audience: Define who your target audience is and what type of content interests them. This will help you create relevant and engaging videos for them.

2. Create quality content: It is important that your videos are of high quality both in terms of production and content. Use suitable equipment, improve your editing skills and offer valuable and entertaining content.

3. Optimize your titles and descriptions: Use relevant and catchy keywords in your titles and descriptions to make your videos easy to find. Don't forget to include relevant tags as well.

4. Upload videos regularly: Keep a consistent schedule for uploading new videos. This will help keep your audience engaged and attract new subscribers.

5. Engage with your audience: Respond to comments on your videos and establish a connection with your followers. This will create a sense of community and encourage engagement.

6. Promote your videos on other platforms: Share your videos on your social networks, on your website or even through collaborations with other creators. This will help increase your visibility and attract new viewers.

7. Use attractive thumbnails: Your video thumbnails should be eye-catching and effectively represent the content of the video. This will encourage viewers to click through and watch your videos.

8. Collaborate with other creators: Consider collaborating with other YouTube channels to expand your audience and attract new subscribers. These partnerships can be mutually beneficial and help expand your reach.
ChatGPT usual recommendations, which has turn to recitation.

Not even remotely true my guy.
Then prove me wrong, 'Youtube Learner'.
There are no blackhat methods that beat organic channels that have been going strong for years, some for over a decade now. You may be able to achieve short term success but the profitability of an organic and loyal userbase that was built solely off strong content will always be more in the long run.

Over a span of a year or so, yes
YT Shorts is the hottest thing right now

Jennelle Eliana gained over 1 million subscribers less than a month and that was not organic. Joana Ceddia gained over 1 million subscribers in three months and that was not organic. People just assumed she's a teenager and that meant organic but they were wrong. She had a team backing her after doing some heavy detective work plus her parents lit the fire. Joana deleted her YouTube channel though.

Steveee, Mega Manny, and Beluga botted their channel like hell when YouTube Shorts was on the rise and saw tremendous growth because of it. Again this what happens when you do research and start talking to people. Not saying that's your job but that's what I do when I want to know the truth. There were countless channels botting community likes too to take advantage of the exploit at the time.

I've read about Jennelle Eliana, she grew rapidly by picking and making interesting content around what's trending these days. Van life. If you're interested in the niche, she's not the only one, there are a bunch of channels that took off specially when it comes to van life, tiny house living, off grid living, camping and bushcraft videos. Her growth was all organic, she just got blessed by YT algorithm and high engagement helped build on her initial traction.

You may get a lot of viewers and subs initially but that may or may not translate to long term success. I'm talking about 5-10 years of consistent views.

I didn't know about other channels, just looked at 2 of them, Mega Manny : Not a successful channel at all when you look at his views. Didn't even post in 3 months. Beluga : His older videos got 2-2.5 m views but now stuck at 500k.
I am on a blackhat forum, I'm not trying to play down blackhat methods, but in 99% of the cases a blackhat method is like a slingshot, you'll reach some height, but you won't necessarily stay there.

That's the story they want you to believe. There is always some type of promotion blackhat or not. That's what the OP asked about. Next you are going to claim it's all organic on TikTok too huh?

Social media is the easiest source of traffic for your channel. You need some money though. Spend money to make money.

No, my comment was specifically for botting and blackhat methods. Every youtuber needs some form of promotion, even if it's among your friends and family for a start.
Growth on YT is a combination of 2 things : Good content and consistency.
You may promote your video on a Facebook group or instagram and get, say, 100 views. If your content is good and your video gets good watch time, YT will pick up that video and start suggesting it to others. Now the growth that comes from getting suggested by YT, people coming and sticking around for more content, this is what I call organic growth and will result in long term success if you manage to keep up with good content.

In conclusion, to answer OP's question, you definitely need some form of promotion. Or use shorts. YT is pushing shorts and they act like a great funnel to your channel. Build audience and redirect them to long form content.

is not imposible is that will require you a lot of work to do it, you always need to have a kind of push to get more discoverability, you will have to create really interesting videos to start getting followers.
