    Hey guys,
bear with me if this isn't the right place to start a thread, sorry if that's the case.

I intend to subtitle TV shows and series/movies from another country. Now, I'm the worst at IM, pretty new to all of this so I'd appreciate any help I can get from you guys :thanks:.
I'm talking about blogs like shibatabreads' Gaki no Tsukai blog, example: gakifiles. blogspot. com/ (had to use spacebar, not allowed to post links)

He quit 1 1/2 years ago but what I could observe from his site was that he pretty much only used "adfly" and a few donations to earn some $$ with translating the episodes.
Clicking on a video, getting redirected, wait X seconds and then click on continue and the video would play.
I was thinking about uploading the videos to YouTube for some extra $$ but they would just end up banning the subtitled episodes, right? Is there any other streaming platform that pays per xxxx views?
I know that Dailymotion doesn't really care about uploading copyrighted material, would that be a decent option?
What other methods could I use to monetize the blog/website? Would CPA surveys work? Cutting the episode into 10+ parts รก 10 minutes forcing people to complete 10 different ads/surveys per episode for more money?
All in all do you guys think it's worth the hassle or too little gain for too much effort. The only reason I'm even considering this is because there really are not enough people who translate series where I come from, people are desperate trying to find subtitled episodes.
Thank you in advance for any help, really appreciate it.
