Substack parasite pages are getting deleted left and right

Has anyone tips how to make substacks stay alive? I have posted good content without affiliate links. Just 1-2 backlinks. But after three or four months my accounts for banned..

Did substack not supply any 'your account has been closed because of...' emails or notifications? I've not personally had much luck with any parasite on substack. The money-makers on the platform seem to be mainly freelance journalists who engage closely with their community and are content churning machines.

Don't go post crazy. No more than 2 articles per week. Make sure you edit your subscribers - those not engaging (you can tell from how many stars if any are by their names) delete them.
