Subscribing to Twitter Premium

It seems like non premium accounts in Twitter are useless now so i decided to subscribe to premium but before i do that i wanted to ask some questions here

Will i be able to change my username or Display name after subscribing?
Is credit card the only way to subscribe?
Does the credit card name have to match with my twitter account name?

1)Yes but you will get reviewed like 4-5 days to get visible checkmark again but capabilities of TW blue will stay during that period
2)No go to checkout and see
3)No I'm paying from another country but TW acc is from canada lol

No need for credit card name to match.

Yes, you will be able to change your username once every 60 days and your display name as often as you like. You can use a credit card or PayPal, and the name does not have to match your Twitter account name.
