Subscribing to a thread without commenting on it

I was wondering that can we get an option wherein we can subscribe to a particular thread without commenting on it. Occasionally, I come across threads which appeal me but I don't want to comment there. Just like it is possible in Facebook posts, can the same be applicable on threads of BHW.
