Subscribers not Counting? Does YouTube Disable Subscribers on accounts?

I have 2 videos on a 1 year old channel. The bought views are counting right, the likes, comments. etc....all good there. But Subscribers have stopped, it wont count any new subs.

You can subscribe to the channel, and it will say "Subscribed", but the sub count for the channel doesnt actually go up, even though it says "subscribed" to you, the count stays the same.

I added 25 subscribers from ADDMEFAST the other day, they showed up correctly and count went up. But then the next morning they were all removed! Since then I have not been able to gain any new subs. So I waited a few days, then bought some subscribers from Fiverr, the seller just contacted me saying he is having the same issue, it tells him he is "subscribed", but the count is not actually going up on my channel.

Any idea whats going on? Are subs permanently disabled for me, or do I just need to wait a while until it allows new subs? Not sure what the algorithm here is or policy....

Thanks

It's an issue for everyone right now. On socialblade they even posted this messagePublic Subscriber Counts have not been updated on Youtube since Feb 11th (or so). Once they fix this, we'll be able to finally update the subscriber count on our end. We apologize for any inconvenience as this affects everyone on Social Blade.

Wait so why is this though, is it a glitch on youtube, or a spam filter?

No really sure what the main issue is at the moment but it looks like its a glitch it should be fixed soon and then you can get some subscribers to your channel. Might take a few more day though.

I also forgot to mention the first time when you used addmefast the subscribers were removed because you received subscribers too quickly now a days for youtube subscribers to stick they have to be added very slowly to channels like 1 subscriber every 15-20 minutes or youtube might remove them. So to answer your question the first time you tried to get subs it failed because of the spam filter. The second time the subs failed was because of the current youtube glitch. The Fiverr sellers subs which he said he added will show up in your channel stats in a few days if he did the job correctly.
