Hello guys,

I have started a new channel a month ago and it works pretty well. Niche is perfect, not saturated at all, and only the month from the beginning channel generates 600 views per hour in peak (when the video is released) and about 200 views per hour on average. I have already 4K hours but I'm struggling with subscribers (only 200 subs). Most of my views are from browsing features cause I am pretty good at title/thumbnail and keyword research. All videos (10) have a 100% like ratio (only 1 has 97%) and all videos have about 26% CTR and 6+ min watch time so youtube recommend my content and viewers like it (judging by comments) but I got only 10-15 subs per day. Overall I have about 50k views and only 210 subs. Is it normal or is there any way I can improve it? I have custom subscribe animation every 1 minute of video.

give a reason why they should subscribe to your channel..
you can try Google Ads on the video that got you most subs.

Well, I guess quality and entertaining content could be good reason :D

Yea I got the point but it seems fishy for me and I hate when someone makes "giveaway" for subs and likes and then fake it. But I might get some sponsor in my niche and give away something. It might work. Thanks for tip :)

I would like to but I don't want to risk that they won't monetize channel :/
 
I was also thinking about microworkers since they are real ppl it might work or?
 
Right in the video the reminder to "Smash" that like button works on me. :) Especially since I am choosy on what to watch from the jump.

I have my own subscribe animation - subscribe shows up, mouse click on it (turn into subscribed - gray) and then hit the bell button. All animated and it looks nice, repeated every minute of video.

Sweet. I guess if you can share the topic in general maybe we can come up with some custom ideas for that.

I would never fake it. I mean that this type of giveaways has bad reputation in community so I don’t want to fit in this box. But thanks for the advice.
 
Do a giveaway that only subscribers can enter (you can do a fake one).
