It's a little bit to late to change the structure now, because most people probably already made a note of those moderators, so even though isthatryanc finally left onlyfansgirls101, that big publisher already know most of the account now.

Essentially, they have people looking at the Google ranking for the niches RyanC were calling people out for, if they saw a subreddit or reddit post ranking for it. They will then go through the subreddit moderators, commenters and poster to see if there's any hint of onlyfans or nsfw activity.

They are also looking through callout subreddit such as r/thesefuckingaccounts for those NSFW moderators.

They find the profile, they then look through the poster, the commenters to find other related affiliate subreddit, just for them to harrash even further, a ton of NSFW subreddit got even banned because of it.

I start again if I were you, but don't link them to any OnlyFans, and you'd be safe for now.

I know who it is, since a friend of mine work there, but yeah not sharing the publishers name.

But now you guys know, no matter how big you guys are, if you go around and just make enemies around the clock like this, you're going to meet that bigger fast a lot faster.

A lot better to stay under the radar.

I had no idea, wasn't trying to make enemies. I stayed away from OF in general because even google seems to be punishing sites that publish OF content.

They aren't targeting you, looks like you got caught up on it, and they thought you were related to them.

Just start again, I'm sure you'll do well again, since you already know what works and what it takes.
 
If the sub isn’t banned yet, transfer moderation to a backup account ASAP. For future subs, use multiple mod accounts on different IPs to avoid losing all at once. Keeping mod accounts separate from your main ones can also help.
 
Have you contacted the Reddit support team or the /r/reddit.com mods directly?
 
The appeal section is blasted with "It was not my fault " , they should have a proper recovery way to get this sorted.
 
Let's chat privately. The same thing happened to me.

10+ subreddits all spammed by with 1000's of new members, upvoting top comments super aggressively., especially those by MODs. All this done within a few hours and then it triggers Reddit to ban those MOD accounts. I'm not in the adult niche, btw.

All MOD accounts get hit but the subreddits remain unbanned at this stage. So there is no way of transferring in new MODs. All MODs were on different IPs and kept 'separate'.

If anyone has experience dealing with this, please DM.

I don't have the ability to DM, it seems. But yes, you can invite/add new mods, but it's a game you'll keep playing until you have no more accounts left. They aggressively upvote and report the mod accounts.

This all sounds like a nightmare - am new to all this so humour me as I learn.....is the problem with subreddit the fact that it's independently moderated by it's own members without an infrastructure of support like BHW has?

There is some support but you will grt roadblocked by other moderators that have history with admins.

Last week for example one of the largest subreddit with over 2m subscribers went to an creator that has ties with admins.. she even invited in someone that does make money in a scummy way on Reddit. Which is causing them to get banned or have them blacklisted in other larger subreddits.


You see Reddit mods hate agencies. But this guy works for an agency so got free reign.

Getting accounts is never an issue but you can't invite new mods if all the current mods had their accounts suspended.
 
Kind of an off main topic question. But are SFW subreddits hard to grow organically? Or it mostly depends on the niche?

To safeguard your sub, quickly transfer moderation rights to a backup account. For new subs, implement a diversified moderation strategy by distributing permissions to multiple accounts on different IPs Separating mod accounts minimizes the risk of losing all control
 
anyone know how to mass report? we have someone who did this to us and we'd like to do it back
