Submitting W-9 tax form?

In order to receive money I have to submit a W-9 tax form. I'm only willing to do this for Adscend Media because I know they're legit.

My question is I'm only 17 and I'm not sure if I have to be 18 in order to submit a W-9 tax form. Can I still submit one?

I'm scared they might take my identity away, so for Adscend Media users, have you had any problems with them identity wise?

I'm pretty sure there's no minimum age. You get child actors/actresses that have to pay tax so they must complete a tax form.

But i don't pay taxes myself...will I have to after submitting a W-9 form?

Adscend Media is one of the most reputable services. Don't worry about your identity.

Regardless of age you are still required to pay taxes, at least as far as I know. There is no worry in submitting a W-9 form, just do some checking into the company you are working with first and make sure other affiliates have good things to say about them.
