Submitting two sitemaps to Google?

Hi,

I've had a sitemap made for my site with a list of search results pages and i wanted to know how i submit it to google webmaster tools, am a little unsure how to do it as i already have a main sitemap for my site so i wanted to know how i can safely submit a second one?

You can submit more than one the exact same way you did the first. Google accepts more than 1 sitemap in webmasters

Sitemap.xml is the important file to submit it to the Web search console from the search engine, so that the search engine bot can crawl our website and getting the result of it.
