Submitting Twitter RSS Feed? Any point?

I have a Twitter account which has it's own RSS Feed so people can keep tabs on my post/tweets.

Now - do you feel there's any benefit to submitting this RSS to RSS Directories? Or because Google see Twitter as such an authority site, that my links will be picked up quickly anyway?
