Submitting Press Release and Articles

This might be the wrong forum to ask this but I am basically looking to launch a reputable software company.
We have a press release, we created our own blogging platform, and we plan to write few articles.

So my question is, how should we submit our press release/articles? (Beside in our blog)

Should we just submit it once to the best site?
Should we submit the same article to like 4 - 5 sites(most reputable)?
Should we change the article content around(not spinning, still readable) and submit it to 4 - 5 top sites?
or spin ?

If anyone could give us good suggestion on how we should proceed with this, it'll be greatly appreciated.
We want to make the most use of our articles to get traffic back to our site.
We are interested in going maybe a "little" black hat but ultimately we would really like to pursue a legit reputable company.

Depending on which company you choose to go with, you won't need to change your press release like you would to say submitting it to multiple article directories. Check this forum, traffic planet to see who offers press releases and perhaps use 1 of them. They have the distribution system already set up and can do it much cheaper.

Should we submit the same article to like 4 - 5 sites(most reputable)? Typically same one goes out to hundreds or possibly thousands of the same places as part of a press release service
Should we change the article content around(not spinning, still readable) and submit it to 4 - 5 top sites?
or spin ? Press releases don't usually work that way and submitting individually can be much more expensive

Just search the forum for press releases yourself and pick one. They will range from very inexpensive to around $100

Now, many of them will tell you, that you will get in all these various media and news sites, when in fact its not technically correct. You are added to their RSS feeds. You will definitely get on many authority sites for exposure to your business, plus whoever subscribes to that type of article and business you happen to be in.

okay, so for press release I guess it's better to buy service.

How about for articles? We plan to create 1 articles per week, how should we submit that? use a service as well? or just submit(same article) to top sites only.
