Submit Real ID Card To Facebook? Why People Avoid This?

Hello BHW,
So, Recently I decided to create a website where I offer free gift cards. I content lock the page with CPA networks and people need to complete a survey. But once they have done survey and try to get gift cards, I give some random codes.

I created a HQ facebook ad targeting USA. My ad got approved but they asked me to verify myself to run ads. They are asking for ID proof. The payment method I used was paypal. (Fake paypal - In philippines) But I don't live in philippines.
I was thinking If I should try to find some other trick or submit my real documents in my real country.

I see people who even earn $30,000/monthly from facebook ads use fake accounts. Why don't they use real accounts with real information? I mean why waste time over and over again to create new accounts than use one real account?

Anyways, Should I submit my real information or not? Is it safe?
Let me know your experience and thoughts.

Usually because their real account is banned/blocked already. And its harder than you think to make fake accounts that stick in order to keep one for a while and get high volume with it, that's why people who make and sell them as a service charge so much.

Should I submit my real documents and run ads or not? I don't want to get into any real life trouble by someone who gets mad at me because I did not gave him real gift cards etc.
