Submit in RSS and get temporaly files ???

Hi to all,

Yesterday i clean 1 of mimes computers, and i saw
254 mo from temporaly about RSS (traffic booster pro)
what's that for or about please ?

Does it work like this each time i promote in rss (pingoat, pingomatic)??

And if i am in fix IP, want to submit more more, is it good to "clean temporaly more often" ?
