There's no good tools for populating forums, and posting on other forums.
I see two use cases:
1) scrape questions and answers from quora, yahoo answers, and other Q/A web sites. Post question as a thread in a forum, reply with different account w/ the scraped answer
2) do the same for other forums...you could effectively setup 3-4 accounts on a forum and schedule a threaded discussion in which one user drops a link to your money site.
I like this. Not a bad idea at all.. I'm going to start looking into this idea a bit and map out all of the pieces. I'll get back to you tomorrow.

I'd be interested in helping out if you want to do it. I can't program in .net/c#, but I'm a UI programmer/designer...so I could provide some mockups and help out with the interface design. I'm heavily into automation, so the fewer manual steps the better. Set and forget type mentality.
