If use software auto submit site to directories, is that black hat or white hat ? If mass submit "Money site" is that ok or not ?

Every link you build is a risk you take. Especially if you use software to auto submit to directories. Me personally would stay away from directories. It's your choice, do you want to create a burn and churn website then it's fine. If you want to use the websites for years, then stop using directories.

Never submit your money site via software, because software contains auto approve and low profile directories. That can harm your site. Create 3rd tier web2.0's and then submit it using softwares.
