    Im Not sure if thats possible since the Post Submit may have Checks Implemented.
    you can try using Javascript and Submit the Form.Using
    captcha_iframe.document.forms.captcha_form.submit();
    should work.

    Just a heads up. if you are trying to iframe a cpa offer, and its anything that needs an legit address, phone number or some type of follow through on the persons part, you wont get paid out for tricking them into filling it out.

    However , I to have tried the same thing, Iframing a form then trying to get a different submit button, but kind of gave up on trying to change the submit button. It may be possible, i didnt find a way. You would need something to click that submit button when the new one you made is clicked. It probably is doable, i dont have the knowledge though. but i can tell you if it is doable, its probably a pain in the butt to setup.
