Use google search console add your property, and submit the link manually or using sitemap
 
If its a single URL, I use reddit. Doesnt matter if it becomes popular on reddit, but google often indexes the the URL within 10 minutes for me.

Can you share how you make use of Reddit to index?
 
For reddit, you can buy old acc reddit with 100 karma (around $5); creat subreddit and submit link.

For index service, try speed-links
 
Google console is the only way to index your site faster.Other Indexer tools are not working now.
