Subfolder, Subdomain or Separate Domains?

I'd appreciate your opinion on whether it is better to have subfolders, subdomains or separate domains for the following situation.

mywebsite.com is the main domain and this business will be offering the following services:

Managed Websites
Project Management Software
Augmented Reality
Digital Signage

Given that the services are not really relatable, what do you think is the best option for SEO?

I've done some research and I think that separate domains would be the way to go but I would like to get other opinions.

I would still go with the same domain. Sure, those things aren't related that much, but it's normal. There are plenty of business providing unrelated services. Just silo the website properly and it will be fine. Not sure if I would spread the resources on 4 domains, I think it's an unnecessary overkill. Not to mention, you will have 4 websites ranking for the same brand term. So people who are looking for the company will get 4 results and will be confused as hell. 1 domain for me.
