What do you guys think of ranking subdomains? I know they wont be as good as exact match. But i am wondering if subdomains are worth going with or not?

Google treat them as the same domain so dont waste your time.

Since when is google doing these? because google treats sub domains almost like a different domain.

subdomains with subfolder count as own domain but not so much then an exact domain of course.

They are worth using but not as much as a real domain. You won't always get the EMD benefit if you are using subdomain.
