subdomains or domains for micro-niche sites

Hey,
After a long time I decided to create a few (10 maybe) micro niche websites and I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy com/net domain for each of them or just use subdomains (i have perfect domain for that, short LLLL.net). There is a general opinion - google doesn't care and treats subddomains as standalone domains etc.

So is it a good idea to use subdomains? Please share your real experience, if you ever noticed a difference between those two solutions.

i have both. subdomains and tld mns . both rank well in google top 10 within some weeks. but i see that tld domains get it a little bit faster to rank well in google but only some days so i prefer subdomains for mns. at the moment i am thinking about putting all subdomains together to one authority site but still thinking about it

I also have both types and both do well in terms or indexing and ranking, but I find it more easily to promote a domain versus a subdomain, sometimes I make videos and a simple www. domain looks more professional in watermarks, but this is just one of the advantages.
