So, if you were going to run 1,000 blogs on sub domains, each focused on a different keyword or string, is it better to set them up as keyword.website.com or website.com/keyword?

Also, what tools are out there that will create subdomains in bulk on your server from a list or text file?

Keep in mind subdomains are considered completely seperate websites.

For example, subdomain1.website.com and subdomain2.website.com are considered two completely seperate websites in googles eyes.

where as website.com/domain1 and website.com/domain 2 - they are treated as 1 website with different subdirectories

I preffer with subdomains as keyword.website.com, it's more "beautiful" and if you get some blog suspended by google, it will not affect the others
