when you google dentist + a city in paris .
lots of subdomains of the same domain appear , which is weird i think as i thaught this is causing keyword cannibolization .
Thaughts ?

It causes keyword cannibalization if they use the same main keyword for the subdomain and domain, without canonical tags. For example: paris. dentist com and dentist com/ paris

Each are seperate website versions of each location installed on seperate subdomains. That way they cannot result in keyword cannibolization.
