Subboard for foreign Member

Hi

i would like some subboards for foreign member - so they can access easier to information and ideas

main lang. would be :

German
Francais
Espanol
Hindi

I hope we could do that - i would volunteer for moderate german subboard and hindi too

We are 50k and more member here - a little "Home" like chinatown or little italy in us towns would be nice

My idea is not to add foreign languages but to mark US stuff boards and International stuff boards and to let members choose between seeing all the new posts in "New Posts" or just international stuff related new posts.
The reason? CL is US stuff, several other making money ideas require US phone,several affiliate networks are not nonUs friendly and sometimes payment is painful for non US citizens, e.g. in rude dot com.

i would like a german section too. there a lots of german members on this board and we could discuss some methods for german affiliate programs and cpa companys
